Our Approach & Environmental Policy

The Landscape & Tree Company has a tried-and-true approach to successful landscape maintenance and efficient project implementation.  The first step will always be to understand the priorities of the client and ensure that the expectations that are set are met by our company.  Every jobsite has nuances and little quirks that are learned over time, and The Landscape & Tree Company makes it a goal to learn these as quickly as possible so we are able to create a “Pride of Ownership” on all properties we maintain and projects we implement.  

Our company maintains an internal Quality Assurance and Deficiency Correction Program to help ensure that all of our contracts are performing to the highest standards.  Part of the program ensures that our account managers maintain consistent communication with the client to ensure that there are not any potential issues that we might be able to prevent from occurring before it becomes a problem.  Our goal with this program is for our clients to not have any complaints or any issues that would lower the high-quality standard we strive for. 

Our internal process steps that we utilize to maximize the quality of our work include: 

1. Employee Training to understand best management practices, regular and routine safety training, and pride of ownership of the sites being worked on. 
2. Empower all employees to bring attention to any potential issues to Account Managers as the grounds crew are our best source of information. 
3. Routine and consistent communication between the client and project/account manager. 
4. Any potential items brought by the client or grounds crew to be reviewed and addressed by the account/project manager. 
5. Communication with the Client about any issues that are above routine maintenance. 
6. Periodic spot checking of crews to ensure quality of work. 
7. Proper maintenance of equipment to ensure efficiency, reduce potential downtime, and increase safety for employees. 
8. Daily review of projects between Account/Project managers and Executive Level Staff for any additional required assistance or large issues. 
9. Monthly quality assurance site visits by Account Mangers/Executive Level Management
